Governo disponibiliza validação de receita médica digital
Iniciativa também vale para atestados médicos digitais
O Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia da Informação (ITI) incluiu hoje (23) a validação digital de receitas e atestados médicos na ferramenta que permite certificar pela internet a autenticidade de documentos.
No portal de validação, um farmacêutico pode agora checar se uma receita recebida por e-mail, por exemplo, foi assinada por um médico com certificação digital. A segurança do processo é garantida pelo ITI, autarquia ligada à Casa Civil que é responsável pela manutenção da Infraestrutura de Chaves Públicas Brasileira (ICP-Brasil).
A iniciativa tem apoio técnico do Conselho Federal de Medicina e do Conselho Federal de Farmácia.
A Lei 13.989/2020, sancionada em 16 de abril, autorizou a prática de telemedicina para todas as áreas da saúde, observados os mesmos padrões normativos e éticos usuais do atendimento presencial.
